Coaching through The Alexander Lab is limited and application based.
The purpose of the application is not to qualify you based on numbers or credentials.
It is to determine whether the scope of work, expectations, and level of involvement are a good fit for both sides.
This process protects time, clarity, and quality.
Who Should Apply
You should consider applying if you are willing to engage in a structured, long term process and can invest in the resources required to support it.
This includes individuals who take training and health seriously, communicate consistently, and want decisions to be made deliberately rather than reactively.
This work is a good fit for competitive athletes and for professionals who want oversight of training, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and performance related health decisions.
Who This Is Not For
This is not a good fit if you are looking for inexpensive coaching, minimal communication, or a short term plan without follow up.
It is also not a good fit if you are unwilling to track relevant inputs, adjust routines, or invest in food quality, supplementation, gym access, or recovery practices when appropriate.
What the Application Involves
The application collects information about your training background, goals, schedule constraints, recovery capacity, nutrition habits, stress load, and any relevant health considerations.
This information is used to assess scope, complexity, and fit. Not every application is accepted.
If the application appears to be a good match, you may be invited to a brief conversation to clarify expectations and determine next steps.
