Description: Cardio while dribbling around a grid.

Instructions

Red team and Blue team start at opposite cones. Everyone has a ball.
At "GO!" the teams dribble around the grid in the same direction.
If a player from the other team catches up and tags you, you are out.
The team who has the last player standing wins.
Rules

If you are caught up with and tagged, you must do pushups/burpees/sprints/coach exercise of choice while the others continue to run.
No cutting corners
Setup

Large Square Grid (or half field if your team is extremely fit).
Balls for every player.
Coaching Points

Players should focus on keeping their ball under control.
Do the players touches become significantly worse under fatigue?
This drill lets the players own fitness level decide how many laps they do. The unfit players can do a secondary form of cardio once they are caught up with (pushups/burpees/sprints/coach exercise of choice).
