Players: 4+ | Difficulty: 1 - 3|
Description: Dribbling at speed.

Instructions (Harder Version Below)

Player A passes to Player B through the gate.
A runs around the bottom of the gate, and starts to chase Player B.
Player B dribbles the ball at pace towards the gate on the far side, while A chases them down.
Player B passes the ball through the gate to Player C.
B runs around the far side of the gate, and starts to chase Player C.
The cycle continues.
Rules

Players must round the gate before chasing.
After a player rounds the gate, the next player in line (at the red cone) steps up to receive the next dribblers pass.
Setup

2 Vertical gates: 2yds wide , 20yds between.
2 cones for lines behind the gates (red cone in drawing).
Rotation

Dribbler, Chaser, End of Line.
Coaching Points

While dribbling with speed, players keep the ball under control.
Players are able to decelerate to pass through the gates.
LEVEL 2 - Increase Difficulty
Create a SECOND copy of the drill intersecting this one perpendicularly (X).
This will make the center area very clogged & messy, forcing players to keep their touches close and controlled.
