Pass Ladder Shooting

Description: Players work on agility by passing the ball while advancing through cones, ending with a shot on goal.
Instructions
Player A passes the ball to Player B.
Player B passes the ball back to Player A, then shuffles across/through the first cone gate.
Player A passes to B on this side of the gate.
B passes the ball back and shuffles forward through the next gate.
Players A and B pass back and forth as B advances "up the ladder".
After B has finished the ladder, A lays the ball off the the side for Player B to run up and shoot.
Rules
Player B passes, shuffles across, passes, shuffles across, etc.
Setup
5-8 cones for the ladder.
1 Cone for Player A.
1 Cone for the starting line (B).
Balls stacked behind Player A.

Can make 1 or 2 touch.
How quick can a player advance?
Does the player look agile on their feet while shuffling passing the ball.
