Description:  Quick 1-2 passes into space then moving.

Instructions

1. Player A passes the ball to Player B.

2. B then lays the ball off into the side space for Player A.

3. Player A moves into the pass, and passes the ball to Player C.

   1. B now moves into the orange gate where A used to be.

4. A shuffles into the Red Center gate, ready to receive a pass from Player C (and the cycle starts again).
   

Setup

• 3 Gates each 5-10yds apart.

• 1 Ball.

Coaching Points

• Can make 1 or 2 touch.

• Players make efficient passes and put the correct weight on their lay-offs.

• How quick can they go?
