Description: Pass the ball so it stops directly inside the box.
Application: Pass weight.

Instructions

Players split up into groups of 2.
Each group has a small cone box. One player will stand behind it.
The other player will start at the first cone distance line.
They will try to pass the ball from this line to land inside the cone box.
If they over/undershoot, the teammate will get the ball and pass it back to them.
One the pass stops directly inside the box, they move back to the second cone distance line.
Once the player has accurately made passes from all distance lines, they sprint down to their teammate.
Rules

Pass the ball so it stops directly inside the box. Once it has, they can move back to the next distance line.
Setup

Cone Box: 4 cones spaced apart based on skill level.
4 Distance Lines (made of cones): distance based on skill level.
1 Ball per group of 2.
Rotation

Players switch after completing the set of distance lines.
Coaching Points

Have players try different types of passes.
Instep, laces, outside foot, headers, etc.
If the team is competitive, it can be made into a race.
For Youth Coaching:
Larger box.
"Fun" ways of passing.
